Oranges are one of my favorite fruits! They are delicious, juicy and sweet!
They are a great source of Vitamin C which is a building block for collagen that helps keep skin firm and young-looking! They are also high in Folic acid which is important for brain function and the production of healthy red blood cells.
Oranges are another great source of antioxidants as well! Remember how important those are?? They also boost the immune system to help keep you healthy during these upcoming winter months!
