Blackberries (the fruit, not the phone) are one of my favoritest foods on the planet. I could eat them by the bucketful. Seriously.
But that’s actually a good thing, especially for my skin. Berries (including strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries) are filled with antioxidants and vitamin C that help keep skin healthy and looking younger.
I love to eat them plain by the handful(s), but they are also great in smoothies, on pancakes, in muffins, or as ice cream/frozen yogurt toppings.
